Indian employment scenario looking northwards

The report I was reading in an article in The Times of India, http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/mumbai/MBA-campus-recruitment-comes-close-to-07-08-boom/articleshow/7566191.cms convinced me that India is truly out of the woods. It’s a ray of hope for the rest of the world as well as together with China, they are the major drivers to bring around a change even though the oil prices have started to sky-rocket, in light of the recent uprisings in the MENA region(read-Libya).It makes me wonder about an hypothetical situation whereby India sans being crowned the corruption capital of the global would have moved notches ahead than what is being witnessed now.The fresh pass-outs be it engineering, architecture, information technology, business and management would feel better that their huge education related investments would finally bring them good returns after a two year lull. To sustain this growth especially by making it inclusive, Indian government should ensure that employment are generated not only in urban sector, but also the rural sector, in which resides the other face of India-Bharat.
